Sub- chassis of our products consists of  reinforced steel – carcass. This rigid building  functions as foundation for our houses as well. For this reason, our products do not need solid reinforced concrete statically.

The ground will be graded in the area where the house will be located and will be improved.

With this application, fixed reinforced concrete foundation manufacturing is not obliged to be made in the regions where no zoning permit is available, as this is not desired by the Municipalities,  therefore the acceptability of our house  by the authorized Municipalities will be easier.

However,  if you wish to  break off your house’s connection with the ground  and wish to locate the house a little bit higher, you may use our precast  foundation system . Mobile Movi  Houses do not need a foundation system as required by prefabricated villa and prefabricated houses. As it forms from the combination of box-type modular systems, the base of every box indeed functions as a foundation.  For this reason,  the ground should be improved. In case of a special request such as rising   Movi house from the natural ground, it may be settled over simple construction systems  or shoes which are going  to be manufactured by box-profile or curb. If requested, this service is also rendered by us .

If your land has a construction permit,  for license and construction permit processes for your Movi House, the common reinforced concrete  or masonry- structure processes will be applied.

If your area  has no construction permit, such as field, vineyard or garden, any building to be constructed in such a location will not be legal. However,  our products may be transported when necessary,  they do not need fixed reinforced concrete foundations for location purpose, no permanent deterioration is caused on the land and they are aesthetical structures coherent with the nature. These are the advantages sides of our houses .

 

The general tendency for these type of product is towards tolerating for the structure to be maintained on its location instead of  paying irregularity fines to the Municipalities.

 

The basic procedure which is required to be applied herein should be in such a manner that a constructive relation should be established with the Municipalities.

You are expected to use your home for many years.

 

You are able to change the location of your home to any other place same day and this eliminates your risk of losing money.

 

Yu can prefer to  possess the home or you can sell it to third parties.

Standard  construction containers are weak structures in terms of water insulation. However, Movi House has a strengthened structure in terms of water insulation.  To enable this, in our sub- chassis, under precast concrete panel,   carbonous  EPS coating plates with 4 cm thickness are being used. In our top-chassis,  over drywall,  2 layers of 70×50 stone wool is being used and, above it there exists thermal insulation polyurethane- roof panel with a thickness of 4 cm. is available. In our exterior walls, water insulation polyurethane- façade panel with a thickness of 4 cm. is available. If necessary under climatic conditions, the intensity of EPS plates which are used in our sub- chassis may be increased or by using XPS material, and by using stone wool with higher density in our top-chassis, we can reach higher standard thermal insulation values.

If your land has no construction permit , subscription process will be difficult.

You should provide water supply by drilling. Later on,  agricultural  irrigation- application may be made  for the subscription to the Electricity Administration.

However, in some cases, if the electricity lines are far away from your  land, electricity supply will be very expensive.  In this case, if you wish, it is possible to obtain electricity from solar energy  1KVA – energy will be satisfactory for you to use  a plus refrigerator , led screen TV, led lightning, your armatures, mobile phone and lap top computer charging etc.  and further basic needs.

This system consists of 4 solar panel , 4 battery  and inventor and it can be easily assembled  into your  Movi house during manufacture process .

Hot water supply is available by daily  heat system .

If you  want to use in your house devices which require higher power consumption such as  washing machine, dishing machine, air conditioning,  water heater, in this case 5 KVA – capacity solar  power system should be installed .

If no sewage is available for waste water drainage, cesspool manufacture, either permeable or impermeable,  will be the most appropriate solution. A vertical piping system located at  4 meter high which consists of 100- pipe culverts  and a conic chimney to be placed over it  and a cover shall be the most practical and economic procedure .

All electric, waste water and clean water lines in Movie House have ben  completed as flush mounted  and are in operating condition. You should only provide connections to your home .

Our product’s bearing construction is heavier than standard containers by 2,5 fold. This increases your house’s economic life, on the other hand, as it is a more concrete product statically, it bears no earthquake risk  and permits multi- layer production or use of terrace.

Besides thermal insulation values have been increased  4 times compared to standard containers. Under these conditions, the product provides the most closest thermal insulation in terms of a comfort of a house.

Higher quality construction materials are used for our products.  The product which is offered to you finally is not a container  but it is a portable, aesthetic  and comfortable house.

Our product involves all these factors  and naturally it is more expensive compared to standard containers due to increasing costs .

However, it is not possible to compare our product with standard containers. When you prefer our homes you shall have a residence which is completely different from a standard container .

Prefabricated and container structures are completely different from each other.

Prefabricated structures are not able to be disassembled however they involve some parts which remain in their previous place and which cannot be transported in case of disassembly  and relocation. Besides, panel  and carrying profile systems are diminished during re-installation.  Prefabricated products are not full- mobile products like containers. A reinforced  foundation system is necessary for the establishment of prefabricated products.  Their installation in the areas having no construction permit is less tolerated by the municipalities compared to containers.  They have higher foundation manufacturing costs. Prefabricated sheltering areas are produced for construction sites such as  standard type containers.  These structures are used as non- comfortable  and non-aesthetic structures . It is theoretically possible to convert  the prefabricated buildings into aesthetical and comfortable structures. But, when you convert them into a product having equal properties with  Movi house, it will cost more probably.  Besides, standard prefabricated house producers render limited services. The remaining works should be completed by your side by sparing time and by spending money.

For this reason, while selecting prefabricated product, you should examine the scope of the offer well and you should estimate how much it will cost to you in terms of time and money.

Movi Mobil houses have similarity with other container houses in terms of being portable only.  The materials which are used in  Movi houses have equivalent properties of the items which are being used in upper- intermediate class villas.  They are considerably different in terms of durability  and aesthetically.  Despite having the property of container in structural means they have  the  comfort and quality of a fixed structure .

For Movi  House, if requested, terrace and cantilever systems which are manufactured from containers as  a mobile system may be used.

This product has steel bearer,  and deck application is available on the ground made of  impregnated massive pine roasted over the sub-carcass.  Single floor trapeze sheet rain water drainage is provided from the top- carcass.  Over the bottom surface of the top carcass; deck application shall be made over the ground made of  decoratively roasted and impregnated massive pine.

Accordingly,  a terrace and cantilever system which is both functional and mobile and which is coherent with the structure aesthetically shall have been established

Movi mobile houses technically do not require a roof, however if you think it is an aesthetic necessity, then it is possible.

Movi   house is shipped from our factory. Our prices include transportation  and assembly.

One of the important issues for the assembly of our product   is that  the entry of trailer, truck and crane is possible.

Grading works, simple foundation applications  and  cesspool manufactures for Movi  house should be made by your side.

However, in  İstanbul, these works may be undertaken by our Company.  For the works out of İstanbul,   accomplishment of these works by our company will not be economic.

If you do not have the opportunity  to provide subscription of utility water at your location, than you may supply water  by drilling or by using water depot.  For the alternative of drilling and for pressuring the water  and giving it into the system, electricity  should have been provided to the site.

As regards the  depot alternative,  the water depot  should be located into an appropriate height   and should be pressured, and water supply may be provided accordingly.

For the heating and cooling systems of Movi mobile houses, the appropriate solution is split air- conditioner.  Besides, in places where natural gas is unable to be supplied under winter conditions, cousin or stove alternatives may be considered.

If there is no chance of subscription to electricity in the place where you want your Movi placed, then we can offer you our package of hybrid energy systems. These systems offer you the solar, wind energy or both of them combined.

The exterior and interior partition walls of Movi container houses are made of polyurethane sandwich panels. These panels have high strength and their heat and sound insulation values are also high. They are waterproof and they do not produce bacteria or rust. The degree of flammability has been improved. Our polyurethane panels, which are 4 times denser than EPS panels, have a density of 40 densities. Flammability class B2 is s2 d0 (TS-EN-13501-1).

You can install Movi houses security system at everywhere  3G telephone signal and electric energy  is available by using camera,  laser barrier  perception and warning systems thereof.

In case of danger,  your denunciations may be transmitted instantly to your mobile phones  and to the police station where your Movi house is affiliated to.

We suggest you to insure your Movi house by home insurance against various risks.  Home Insurance from time to time is gifted to you  within the scope of our campaigns.

All materials which are used for Movi Mobil houses comply with TSI or international  ISO, DIN standards . No low quality material should be used.  Our intention is not to sell cheap products. We aim to introduce you higher quality products with  low rate of  profit .

  • Load containers which are subject to 2nd hand sales in Turkish market are  20 foot DC – 40 foot HC – DC type containers.
  • 20 foot DC containers’ dimensions are:  2,40*6,00*2,60,  40 foot DC containers’ dimensions are:  2,40*12,00*2,60  and  40 foot HC containers’ dimensions are : 2,40*12,00*2,90.   As regards the modification of  load containers, generally nationalized products which have lost its load bearing capacity are being used.  Principally,  although it is possible to  make modification from unused- zero containers, as they are not economic, they are not preferred so much  either in Turkey  and worldwide.
  • Load containers are advantageous statistically with their firm and heavy structures. However, at the same time, from this point of view 2nd hand sales prices are even high (40 foot HC container gross weight is around 4 t. )
  • As regards the supply of 2nd hand containers, it is important that the product should be modified and should have been included into A category.  Products with defective chassis are not able to be used.
  • Load containers are the products which do not have risk to get rain water inside unless a specific failure is made during modification process. However, it may be considered that the drainage of rain water by overflow over the product is a disadvantage.
  • Load containers are non-insulated products which consist of bearing and powerful profiles  and thick  trapezoidal sheet walls.  It is durable against sea water in terms of corrosion , which is the most risky group  for private – alloy sheet metal.
  • ıt is a long and hard process to modify load containers and to  make the complying with the applicable project   and to complete thermal, water insulations.   This is why the relevant product prices are higher than light steel container systems .
  • Load containers are preferred generally as they are such kind of structure to make industrial style of design as a architectural concept.
  • Load containers should have a minimum gross width of  2,40 meter  and should constitute a carcass structure inside  and should enable water insulation therein, thus  a location inside with a net  2,23 cm long should be maintained inside.  Although it may be seemed as a disadvantage which are not used to minimal life style, project design may be made by multiple container systems, and containers’ combination parts may be opened and combined.  Thus, large spaces are able to be created inside.
  • Strengthened light steel container (GHÇ container ) system details are the containers which are formed by  Movi Houses.   When compared to standard container  systems, these structures which  heavier  3 fold eliminates the risk of deformation during the transportation  and use, alike similar containers .
  • When GHÇ containers are compared to standard containers, they are strengthened structures in terms of thermal insulation.
  • Rain water drainage, at the top chassis, is provided from twisted rain water creeks which function as carrier beam.  Rain waters which are collected horizontally are drained through box- cross section profiles which function as vertical  column.
  • Rain water creeks and columns which provide vertical drainage should be cleaned off the leaves  at least once a year.  If the rain water is not drained, risk of water leakage  may occur.
  • GHÇ Container structures are produced with appropriate dimensions which are available to be transported with trailers . Generally,  they are produced in 3 mt.- width  and  2,80 mt- height and the lengths may vary upon the project reaching up to 10,00 mt. (Height, in case of private request may  reach u to   3,00 mt. ( Here, load transportation rules applicable in Turkey are the main point which determines the structure’s width  and  height. )
  • GHÇ Containers, compared to load containers, are lighter respectively and are produced by less labor, thus they are more economic products
  • As the qualifications pf the product are known end users, it is probable to select appropriate container type according to the final users’ expectations  and preferences.
  • The preference between these two specific products belongs to our customers.

Movi container houses are produced in factory and are shipped as a whole. MOVI houses are produced with multiple containers, and every container module is built in the factory. They will be shipped to your land as a whole. But the main modules will be put together.

In prefab structures the carrier carcass systems, exterior and partition panels are produced in the factory. But the assembly is done on the land. This system requires every constructional action to be done on the land (such as grounding, insulation, roof, electrical and sanitary systems etc).

The roof is both functional  and an aesthetic factor for the residences. It keeps rain water away from the building and provides water insulation to the building.

It is  aesthetical. When designed accurate  it gives beauty to the structure.  A residence without a roof  is unimaginable. Movi houses have a roof .  However, this is a confined roof.  It provides rain water insulation  and thermal insulation.

Container structures are not appropriate for free standing roof architecturally and aesthetically. Their unique  and cubical nature is more appropriate with confined roof.  However, if they are required to be located in very cold climates; if  free standing roof should be constructed for enabling additional water insulation,  then a maximum sensitivity is required for  accurate solutions.

Our company, generally, is working with a basic principle setting forth that the manufacture shall be completed in our own factories   and the assembly should be completed in minimum periods on the site.   Free standing roofs require on- site manufacture , thus it is unable to be achieved by our company. In case of such a demand, we may design a free standing roof for your product.  However,  manufacture of such a roof should be made  by local masters after assembly process is completed. However technical support may be provided by our company.

Movi has two different categories of containers

• DNS20 and DNS40 containers used in freight shipment: These are standard steel framed containers made of brattice panels 6,00 m or 12 m in length, 2.40 m in width and 2.40 m in height. DNS40 offers a model called high cube which is 2.90 in height. These are modified to live in.
• These are more flexible in size, however to ship them once on a trailer truck they can be maximum 12,00 m in length, 3,00 m in width and 3,00 m in length. These are also steel framed and made of brattice panels.

Prefabs are different from the stationary housing both in the way they are produced and technology. They are preferred to the stationary housing because they are cheaper.

Containers are produced as a whole and they are shipped that way to be situated in your space. They are more advantageous to the prefabs:

• Container structures do not rely on grounding work.
• Container structures are mobile, that is why they do not require zoning permit.
• Containers do not require construction. That is why you do not have to deal with the housing, transportation of the assembly team.
• The tests for the heat and water insulations are done in the factory under inspection. That’s why there is no chance of faulty production.
• Containers are easy to move. They do not take time to move like the prefabs which also cause in financial damage in this process when the containers do not.

The size of the MOVI mobile houses depends on you. Mobile MOVI houses are produced in factory and they are made up of containers being put together which can be done on your land.

Giving a standard price is not really possible. The reason why is that every project needs different kinds of services and materials. An approximate price might be given however, the accurate price is only possible after the project process is over.
Mobile Movi houses do not require grounding systems like the prefabs. The modular system of the containers offers their own grounding systems. The only needed process is the flattening of the grounding plot. If you wish the structure to be a little bit above the ground, this can be done with certain constructional systems.
Since the Movi mobile houses are produced with the closed box system there is no risk of leak.

Carrier system of the movi containers are entirely steel. Additionally, inside and outside of our exterior and partition walls are made out of metal plates and they are also sandwich panels with a carrying property. For this reason, the structures that work with a complete box principle carry zero risk against the earthquake.
