If our standard type plans do not meet your requirements, then we will make a detailed discussion with you  and we will prepare  and alternative draft plans for you. Be sure of that; you will have the most appropriate project which you will be satisfied.

In the next step after reaching a consent on the applicable plan is to determine the materials which are going to be used for internal and external façades and additional materials, if any.  Right now, budgeting your MOVİ  living space is possible.

Following the approval of the budget by your side a contract shall be prepared to include the duration of the work, manufacture details, properties of the materials to be used.

Factory manufacturing process will be initiated following the approval of the contract  and making an advance payment.  You may visit our factory anytime during the manufacture process  and you may get information about the production process from the photographs which are delivered over a drive link.

Following the completion of the production, the compliance of the product with the contract terms will be examined by your site on site  and then the delivery stage will be initiated. Prior to shipping the product,  the remainder payment should have been made.

The product shall be delivered to the assembly place by the vehicles under our responsibility. After the shipment is completed, assembly of modules on site will be completed within 1- 2 days according to the magnitude of the project.

MOVİ Houses is a  company  using container technology and producing aesthetic and comfortable mobile living spaces.

In the production stage, 2 different categories of product  are used structurally.

The first category of product includes  strengthened light construction  load bearer container systems .

The second group  category includes the structures  which are formed by modification of  20 DC   and 40 DC or  40 HC load containers.

The structures within the first group are more economic compared to those in the second group .

Our products in the second category have robustness  and durability,  an appropriate load carrying system,  and they give opportunity to unique designs, therefore  these advantages make them to be preferred by our customers.

The difference between these two categories is completely structural.  All measures are being taken for our products so as to provide higher standard of thermal insulation.

Materials which are used for our products, both inside and outside, are standard materials. Therefore, these products have house/ villa standard both in terms of aesthetic and comfort.

Besides, our customers have various options to choose alternatives  for color/type/trademark for the materials which will be used both inside the house and on the façade.

The advantages of our products may be listed as follows: : our products are mobile ,  do not require rigid  and solid concrete foundation systems . They may be assembled over mobile precast foundation systems which are our own production.  For this reason, these structures are tolerated by the local administrations in regions where zoning permit is not available.  All our products are produced under factory conditions , only on site combination process will be made thereafter. It is advantageous for the user  as no constructional activity is required.

In  cases where electricity subscription seems impossible to be obtained or receiving it is very expensive,  in addition to the standard manufactures of our products,  packet systems which will enable electricity generation from solar  and wind power are able to be added. If requested, all our products may be produced in compliance with smart home technology .
